Implement an Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Compliance Program:

Conduct a mock OSHA inspection, consisting of an opening conference, a comprehensive inspection of facility(ies), a closing conference, and a written summary of findings. During the inspection process, our representative will review which OSHA standards apply to your company operations and what they mean.

Identify all regulated training requirements of each applicable OSHA standard.

Develop an annual training calendar.


Provide a Loss Control and Safety Management Resource Manual:

Develop a manual specifically tailored to your occupational exposure. Recommended by OSHA, this type of manual can be instrumental in organizing your company safety programs and policies.


Develop a State-Certified Safety Committee as Outlined in Act 44 of the Workers Compensation Law:

Assist in the completion of the state application and apply for the state certified 5% Workers Compensation Safety Committee Credit.


Develop a Fleet Safety Compliance Program:

Develop a fleet safety policy.

Conduct a mock Department of Transportation audit consisting of:

Review each driver's file.

Random driver log review.

Review of maintenance programs.

Record retention.

Provide a written summary of all audit findings.


Complete a Workers Compensation Accident Trending Analysis:

Analyze accident trends using the prior five-year OSHA 200-logs and currently valued loss runs for the primary purpose of prevention.

Produce factual information leading to corrective actions that prevent or reduce the frequency and severity of the identified accident trends.
