Conduct a mock Department of Transportation audit consisting of:

Review each driver's file. |

Random driver log review. |

Review of maintenance programs. |

Provide a written summary of all audit

Complete a Workers Compensation Accident Trending Analysis:

 |
Analyze accident trends using the prior five-year OSHA 200-logs and
currently valued loss runs for the primary purpose of prevention. |

Produce factual information leading to corrective actions that
prevent or reduce the frequency and severity of the identified accident
trends. |
