Monitor the service given to you by our staff, and address and resolve any problems.

Maintain ongoing communication with all the key staff members in your company.

Periodically provide stewardship reports, coordinating the input of the producer, risk management and legal areas of our agency.

Review accuracy of dividend calculations and monitor the timeliness of the delivery of dividends.


Presentation of Pre-Unit Statistical Reviews:

Review open claims.

Use reporting period applicable to the calculation of the upcoming experience modification.

Develop a tentative modification and discuss its financial implications.

Review adequacy of reserves and technical calculation of retrospective rated plans.
